Garden Party Shawl

Is it a shawl or a scarf? You decide. Whatever your choice, this garter stitch shawl/scarf will sit securely on your shoulders because of the clever shoulder shaping included. You can choose between a picot or ruffle border/edging to finish your shawl.

Yarn: DK or sport weight yarn. Ruffle version takes 1200 yards; Picot version takes 1000 yards

Needles: Choose a needle one size larger than the yarn label recommends. Shawls can be knit on single point (straight) needles but a 40" long circular will hold the stitches more comfortably

Finished size: 22" from neck to point at center back.
