Three square-shaped baby blankets are included in this pattern. All three blankets begin in the center and are knit in garter stitch to the outer edge. Choose a plain center or lace heart design to start and then opt for one of three edgings/borders (picot, ruffle, or lace-heart) to finish your blankets. Samples were knit in sport or DK weight yarn but you can use worsted weight yarn for a larger blanket.
Mr. Ben, the Sock Monkey, is available as a separate pattern.
Yarn: Lace Heart Blanket and Picot Bind Off Blanket used 1500 yards of DK weight yarn. The Ruffle Edge version uses 1850 yards of DK weight yarn.
