Knit and Purl Bag

The Knit and Purl bag is a large knitted bag with a stranded design that surely will let everyone you see know what your passion is! Dowels are inserted in the knitted in casing at the top to give your bag structure. We like the purchased leather handles (resource information included in pattern) or you can knit your own strap from our directions.

Yarn: DK or light worsted weight yarn (5sts/in). Tall bag uses 600 yards of MC and 350 yards for CC. If knitting straps, get 700 yards of MC. Short bag uses 400 yards of MC and 135 yards of CC

Needles: 24" long circular needle in size smaller than recommended on yarn band to make a firm fabric

Finished measurement: Tall bag is 14.5" high and 16" wide. Short bag is 12" high and 16" wide
